Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards
Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at returns@dirtproductgroup.com with your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on where to send your return package.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. Ship your return package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.

 *Customers may be responsible for return shipping cost.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). This includes items that are returned damaged or with missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at returns@dirtproductgroup.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
